360 Business Tool integrates with Firstcom in the form of both outbound and inbound telephony. In 360 Business Tool, you can click on contact’s or company’s master data and thus make a call. The system logs automatically when the call has taken place.

For incoming calls, 360 Business Tool can display master data for the contact person/company reaching out, so that customer service already has all relevant information ready on the screen.
